Barley and mushroom soup

1. First soak the barely for about 1 hour.


2. Boil the water and the grated carrot and add the chicken juice and mushrooms.
3. Let the soup to be tender well and then add the hot milk (note that if the milk is cold the food will be sliced .
4. Add the Mahnam barely soup with mushroom (dissolved the packet in two glasses of cold water and then add it to ingredients)
5. Let the soup to be tender about half an hour and finally add the cream. For decoration add some parsley on the soup.
