1. Warm three tablespoons of the oil in the saucepan and sauté onions, garlic and ginger until the onion becomes golden.
2. Boil the ham and chicken wings in a pot with enough water for 10 minutes and drain with cold water. Then add the mushrooms with 1L of water and let it to boil and then lower the heat and add the onion mixture and let it to be cocked for 1.5 hours.
3. Drain the vegetables juice with an additional screen. The vegetables juice can be kept in refrigerator up to 4 days.

5. Pour the Mahnam soup in the favorite dish and decorate it with scrambled eggs, chopped green onion, sesame and radish and serve it.
