1. Fully dissolves the Mahnam barley soup in two glasses of cold water and puts it aside.
2. Washes the tomatoes and grates them or pours them into the mixer.
3. Pours the tomatoes, rice and the Mahnam barley soap in to the pot, which previously have been dissolved in the cold water, and let the rice to be cooked.
4. After the rice completely cocked, add the remain butter, spices, the stirred egg yolk, the Mahnam saffron extract and the chopped parsley to the soap.
5. The soup is ready after 10 minutes.
