1. Boil some water and pour the Mahnam meat and vegetables noodle to water and let it for a few minutes and the drains (according to the recipe).
2. Cut the meats in a thin width and mix them with garlic, a teaspoon of sesame oil, a teaspoon of sugar, pepper and salt.
3. Then steaming the chopped vegetables to be a little soft.
4. Sliced the mushrooms and mix it with one-third teaspoon of sugar then drain its water and mix it with a half teaspoon of sesame oil and salt.
5. Sliced the onion, green pepper and carrot in 5cm-slices.
6. After warming the oil in a saucepan, first pour the onion, carrot and green pepper, respectively.
7. Sauté the meat and the mushroom.
8. Pour the cooked noodle along with other ingredients in a big bowel and mix them well, now your food is ready and can eat.
